Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The study conducted with mixed method research consisting of qualitative research and quantitative research is of the three main objectives ; (1) to study personnel administration according to Buddhism of the schools in Kratumbean District, Samutsakorn Province, (2) to compare personnel administration according to Buddhism of the schools in Kratumbean District, Samutsakorn Province, (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions on personnel administration according to the Buddhism of the schools in Kratumbean District, Samutsakorn Province. The research was conducted by the quantitative data collected from a sample of public school Kratumbean District. Informants of 201 were sampled by way of a random cluster, The tool used for data collection consisted of interviews and questionnaires to analyze data by frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), hypothesis tested with T-test and F-test by One-Way ANOVA. In case of differentiation was found, it was compared by Least significant Difference : LSD. The data is collected by means of interviews with key informants interviewed by the 5 person analysis of the data using content analysis.

The results of research are found that ;

1. Personnel management in accordance with Buddhim schools in Krathumbean District, as by overall is a high level ( = 3.66) when considering the details of each aspect.

2. Comparison of personnel management in accordance with in the schools in Krathumbean District should that hypothesis testing, analysis of different variables of sex, education, position and work experience no difference. The hypothesis is rejected for all settings.

3. The interviews showed that there should not affaconed is a specific of Dhamma but any one should be applied to the management acroding to person and circumstance.

4. Suggestions on personnel management according to Buddhism to schools in Krathumbean District is that there should be organized meetings and seminans and on monksheeps to school personnels to know has to apply Buddhist to lings both in daily like and their working for the welfares and happiness of villages temples and schools in the area.
